Dr. Namuun Bat is a licensed naturopathic doctor in California with a focus on gastrointestinal (GI) health, environmental health, cardiometabolic health, gut-brain axis and mental health, women’s health, pediatrics, and oncology. She utilizes lifestyle and nutritional counseling, herbal medicine, mind-body medicine, IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and ozone therapy as tools to optimize her patient’s health.
Also a published researcher with prior 10 years of clinical research experience in the field of complementary and integrative medicine (CIM), Dr. Namuun received her doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University California, a four year accredited naturopathic medical school, Bachelors of Arts in Pre-Medicine and Biology with Chemistry minor from Ohio Wesleyan University (OWU), a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Herbal Studies from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), along with certifications in IV Therapy from Bastyr and Ozone Therapy from the American Academy of Ozonotherapy (AAO).
As a clinician, Dr. Namuun’s goal is to investigate and find the root cause of her patient’s condition and to offer a personalized treatment plan that is backed up by evidence-based research. She believes in the vis medicatrix naturae, the healing power of nature, or the innate intelligence of the body to restore and heal itself if given the right conditions and in optimizing one’s health and focusing on prevention as opposed to waiting to treat until you get sick.
For ozone therapy, Dr. Namuun offers major autohemotherapy (MAH), sinus insufflation for sinus infections, ear insufflation for ear infections and brain fog, rectal insufflation for detoxification and GI health, and vaginal insufflation for vaginal infections.
