About Dr. Le

Dr. Anh Ngoc Le is a California-licensed naturopathic doctor. She is a strong advocate in combining eastern and western medicine through philosophy and practice. Q&A with the Doc:

How can you support patients?
By listening, by investigating and by treating each patient as an individual. Life happens, but life also continues and so does time. We, patients as well as ourselves as providers, focus on taking care of the world, our work, our family, our peers and yet, we forget to take care of ourselves.

How are you different?
I value mind body and patient-centered medicine where it includes looking at the physical, chemical and mental-emotional symptoms of an individual.

What do you do?
The typical doctor investigations and exams, but I do enjoy to incorporate my trainings from physical medicine and include less invasive procedures like Craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation to more invasive techniques like injections (trigger point).

What else are you learning?
From my physical medicine and aesthetics interests, I’m diving into platelet rich plasma procedures, dermal fillers, neurotoxin injections, and other procedures that may become useful for my patients.

Are these going to be procedural types of visits?
Yes, and no. I want to emphasize our foundations of health here. I want to help individuals with their goals of beauty, but we know that first we have to create a strong base for the body to work with and if it is the gut that needs fixing, in order for your body to be able to break down and absorb nutrients, then that is what we will address in combination with the invasive procedures.
