Call (916) 446-2591 or visit our Appointments page to schedule your free consultation.
Step 2: Book Your Initial Office Visit
Once you’re ready to move forward, your initial consultation with one of our doctors will lay the groundwork for your personalized health-rebuilding program. Your first appointment typically lasts one to one and a half hours and includes:
- A comprehensive evaluation of your current health concerns
- A thorough review of your relevant health history
- A physical exam, if indicated
- Review of any recent lab results you bring
- A review of your current supplements and medications
- Recommendations for treatment, diagnostic testing, and/or natural medicines
We encourage you to bring any recent laboratory results to your first appointment. If you’re already taking nutritional supplements, please bring those as well so we can review them for safety and effectiveness.
New Patient Forms
To make the most of your initial visit, please download, print, and complete all new patient forms before your appointment and bring them fully filled out. This allows us to spend your entire appointment focused on your health — not on paperwork.
Because we reserve one to one and a half hours for your initial visit, we ask that if you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible — this allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting. We require a credit card to reserve your initial appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments are subject to a $100 charge.
Payment Information
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. For questions about insurance coverage and consultation fees, please visit our Insurance Policy and Fees page or call (916) 446-2591.
We look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey to optimal health!
